Men's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Men's IOP meets Monday - Thursday mornings for about two hours. This is a 16 week program and is an alternative to residential treatment. It is for men who are at a high risk for relapse, are seeking to gain the social and personal skills to maintian recovery, and offers a high level of structure and stability in order to remain abstinent. This group provides education on a wide viarity of recovery and addiction related topics, as well as daily skills training to live a drug and alcohol free life. This group also provides education and support for a viarity of mental health conditions and dual diagnoses. Men completing this group will leave with the skills and a support network to help them maintain their sobriety.
Women's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Relapse Prevention
Relapse Prevention meets weekly on Mondays and Thursdays evenings for about one hour. This is a 12 week program and is designed for those who have just completed men's or women's IOP. This group uses the "Living in Balance" curriculum and the 12-step model to help members maintain sobriety. Group members will gain the skills to manage the stress of everyday life, as well as resources and habits to maintain their sobriety.
Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART)
SMART meets weekly on Tuesday evenings for about one hour. This program recognizes that the 12-step model of recovery is not for everyone. It utilizes alternative teaching to help group members be successful in their recovery and maintian their sobriety.
Education Group
Education group meets weekly on Tuesday evenings for about one hour. It focuses on educating individuals about the effect that drugs and alcohol have on ones physical, emotional, and mental health. It is designed for those who may not be ready to engage in treatment for recovery but would like to learn more about the effects that drugs and alchol can have on them.
Aftercare Group
Aftercare meets virtually each week on Tuesday evenings for about one hour. This group is for men and women who have completed other treatment groups and are living sober lifestyles while working, attending school, parenting, working on relationships, and accepting life on life's terms. It offers a community of support as members share and interact with each other, confronting daily stressors to learn how to cope with them. Members are encouraged to be independent and open when confronting life's challenges and to see situations differently. These skills help to promote indivdual growth and allows for members to take command of their own life.
Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT)
MRT meets weekly on Wednesdays mid-day for about one hour at the Municple Courthouse. This program is designed to help people look at their thoughts, beliefs, and choices in a new way. It helps individuals recognize the consequences or their actions to build responsibility, honesty, and better decision-making. In MRT, you work step by step on goals that strengthen your self-esteem, relationships, and sense of purpose. The goal is to support positive change and help you build a healthier, more successful life.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT group meets in the evenings, in-person on the first Thursday of the month and virtually on the third Thursday of the month for about one hour. This group is for individuals who are receiving treatment at The Recovery Center for substance use. It can be an alternative to individual therapy if recommended by the treatment team.
Family and Loved Ones
Family and Loved Ones meets weekly on Thursday evening for about two hours. This group is open to the general public and you do not have to be established at The Recovery Center to attended. It provides a safe and compassionate space for family members, partners, and friends of individuals struggling with addiction. Living with or loving someone who is battling substance use can be overwhelming, isolating, and painful. Here, you will find understanding, encouragement, and guidance from others who share similar experiences while learning about addiction, relapse, and recovery.
