Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program provides evidence-based, individualized care for people struggling with opioid and/or alcohol addiction. Combining FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral health support, our program helps reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and support long-term recovery.
We understand that addiction is a complex medical condition, not a moral failing. Our team of a board certified addictionologist, addiction specialists, medical providers, and licensed counselors work together to create a treatment plan that meets each person where they are—offering compassionate care in a judgment-free environment.
Program Highlights:- Comprehensive clinical assessment and individualized treatment planning

Our goal is to support patients in stabilizing their lives, improving their health, and moving forward in recovery with dignity and hope. Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or returning to care, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
